Subscription Terms

1. Plan structure
Uelt provides a free plan without AI features and paid plans that include AI features.
2. Billing
Paid plans may be offered on a monthly or annual renewal basis. Price, billing frequency, currency, and applicable taxes are shown before payment.
Payments are processed through Stripe.
3. Automatic renewal
Unless clearly stated otherwise, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the selected billing period.
You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date.
4. No free trial
At launch, Uelt does not provide a free trial for paid plans.
5. Immediate activation of digital services
When you subscribe, access to digital features may begin immediately.
Where required by law, you will be asked to expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge the consequences for your withdrawal right.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not, except where required by law, entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
7. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law or by specific commercial communication, Uelt does not provide automatic refunds for:
- partially used billing periods
- non-use of the service
- failure to cancel before a renewal already due
8. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, ask you to update the payment method, or suspend paid features until payment is regularised.
9. Price changes
Any price changes will be communicated before they apply to future renewals, with reasonable notice.
